To insert or replace pages in your publication, follow the steps below:
1) Log into Publicator. Click "All Publications" on the left side.
2) Click on the name of the publication in the list, and go to the "Pages" tab at the top.
3) Click the green "Insert/replace page(s) from PDF" button.
4) Click "Browse" and choose the PDF to be used for insertion / replacement.
5) Choose whether to "insert" or "replace" using this PDF, and indicate where.
6) Click "Save" at the bottom to complete the process.
When you change or delete pages in your publication, it may sometimes take as long as 24 hours before thumbnails, tinymags, and the downloadable / printable PDF are updated. This sort of delay is not typical, however.
How long do page changes take to go live?
If the publication is already active, changes will be automatically updated within about 15 minutes; you do not need to de-activate the Publication. In the meantime, use the preview link to review changes, if visible in the preview they will update on your live URL.
How many pages can I delete from the publication?
Wholesale page changing of over 25% of any publication can result in corruption of the publication and is not recommended without first speaking to the customer support team.
What happens if your upload gets stuck or does not complete?
If your upload gets stuck or does not complete the upload (i.e gets to 96% and then stops) this could be because the PDF has become stuck in conversion. In this case, please contact the customer support team for further assistance. Typically, a single-page PDF should take about 3 minutes at most to be converted and added to the publication.
