What is a statistics report?
You can keep track of your readers and their behaviour in an organized manner by setting the statistics module in Zmags Publicator to create a stats report in specified time intervals.
Steps to create a statistics report
The following steps will allow you to create a report to email your publication statistics:
- Log into the Publicator and click "Statistics" on the left side.
- Click the "Reports" tab near the top.
- Click the "Create new report" button.
- Enter the "Report name".
- Enter the emails to deliver reports to. Separate multiple emails using commas.
- Choose when report will be distributed (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Choose the data interval for your report (how far back it will track).
- Choose the desired publication(s) from the right hand section and move to the left hand section by clicking the <- button. This will attach them to the report as Microsoft Excel files.
Note: If you do not select at least one publication to be attached to the report, the report will not be sent.
Other Options
After a report has been created, you may send it out right away by clicking the mail icon, cancel / shut it on and off by clicking the green check icon, edit it by clicking the pencil icon, or delete it entirely by clicking the trashcan icon.
