Viewer Keyboard Shortcuts

A little known functionality of the HTML5 Viewers is the ability to navigate any of its displayed content via keyboard shortcuts. Readers can leaf through pages and zoom in and out all from their keyboard and without the need of any additional buttons on-screen.

Below is a list of available keyboard shortcuts.

• Left arrow/Page up: Go to previous page.
• Right arrow/Page down: Go to next page.
• Ctrl + Left arrow/Home: Go to first page.
• Ctrl + Right arrow/End: Go to last page.
• + (Shift+=): Zoom in
• -: Zoom out.
• ESC: Close open dialog window.

• Page Up: Go to previous page.
• Page Down: Go to next page.
• Home: Go to first page.
• End: Go to last page.
• + (Shift+=): Zoom in further
• -: Zoom out
• Arrow Keys: Pans over page accordingly (e.g., left arrow pans left, up arrow pans upward)
• ESC: Return to normal view.
