Note: Requires Adobe Acrobat Professional.
1) Open the PDF file in Acrobat Professional and use the save as command. Choose to save the file as an Optimized PDF.
Acrobat Professional will then open a dialogue window.
Follow the images below to make sure the settings are the same.
Note that the Fonts option is not displayed in this article since fonts cannot be added to a PDF that has already been created.
As it is necessary that all fonts are embedded, the option has been omitted in this HOW-TO.
2) Click on Ok and Acrobat will then prompt you to save the file with a different name. A new PDF file will then be generated using the selected options.
